ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Re-entry Support and Cross-Cultural Understanding for Missionaries

Cross-cultural transition is both beautiful and challenging. Many believers returning home or reconnecting with Kenyan culture need support — spiritually, emotionally, and practically. That’s where these two services come in.

My journey in cross-cultural life began at university and has continued across decades. I’ve lived in the UK and USA, worked in NGOs and corporate organisations in both regions, and walked alongside expatriates and returning diaspora through arrival, adjustment, service, and re-entry.

Because I’ve navigated these experiences myself — and supported others through them — I understand the real struggles, identity shifts, and faith questions that come with moving between cultures.

These services stem from lived experience, professional work, and a God-given calling to accompany others on their journey home. Shibero offers:

1.✈️ Debriefing & Re-Entry Support

A safe space to process your return home after serving overseas. One-on-one guided debriefing to help you reflect, reset, and re-enter your home country with clarity and peace.

2.🌍 Cross-Cultural Bridging

Helps missionaries new to Kenya settle in, understand local culture, build relationships, and serve effectively. Practical insights for daily life, ministry, and integration into communities.
