The Ushago Down2Earth Homestead is a Christian Retreat Homestead that is more than a guest house—it is a bridge into getting off the treadmill of life. Rooted in Christian values, we invite you to step out of a world of hurry and rest, and into our home, cradled in the "Garden of Eden".

Handcrafted from the earth in the peaceful Karen suburb of Nairobi, our home was built using traditional Abaluyia skills from Western Kenya. It is a unique sanctuary where Kenyan culture meets spiritual rest, and every wall of the house tells a story of stewardship, simplicity, and the beauty of God’s creation.

It's here that we host Christian individuals and couples looking for a space free from modern distractions to stop, rest and reconnect with themselves and the LORD.

This is a self-led retreat designed for individual seekers or married couples.

Here, there are no programmed sessions, no crowds, and no distractions. The only agenda is the one you have set for yourselves.
