Restorative Retreats
Nature-based restorative experiences designed to help individuals and teams step away from the pressures of everyday life and reconnect with themselves through rest, reflection, nature, and intentional living. Our retreats are designed to nurture emotional wellbeing, calm the nervous system, and create space for healing, clarity, and renewal.
Green Healing Spaces & Restorative Space Design
We work with organisations and institutions to explore how restorative green environments can support emotional wellbeing, creativity, calm, and healthier workplace cultures. Through nature-based and human-centred approaches, we help create spaces that encourage: restoration, reflection, reduced stress, connection with nature.
Intentional Living Coaching
A supportive and reflective space for individuals seeking to reconnect with themselves and move toward more intentional, grounded, and authentic living. This offering is especially suited for those who are:

With over 30 years of experience across Africa and the United Kingdom in mental wellness, psychosocial health, leadership development, and organisational advisory work, Shibero’s journey has increasingly centred on a deeper question: How do we heal and live well in an increasingly overwhelmed, fast-paced, and disconnected world?
Through her work, Shibero explores the restorative power of nature, green environments, simplicity, and intentional living in supporting emotional wellbeing and human sustainability.
Drawing from her background in psychotherapy, leadership development, communication dynamics, and the relational philosophy of Ubuntu, she creates restorative experiences and spaces that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move toward more grounded and meaningful living. Her work integrates nature immersion, restorative green spaces, slow living practices, reflective experiences, and earth-based environments to support healing, renewal, and emotional wellbeing for both individuals and organisations.
Shibero is also the Founder of the Shibero Psychosocial Health Trust (SPHT), a published author on mental wellness and personal development, and a long-standing advocate for human-centred wellbeing and authentic living.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief:
That healing often begins when we slow down enough to reconnect — with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world.

Each engagement is thoughtfully designed around the unique needs of the individual, group, school, or organisation involved.
Whether through restorative retreats, talks, workshops, green healing spaces, or intentional living experiences, the process begins with conversation, reflection, and understanding. To ensure depth, meaningful engagement, and sustainable impact, organisational and group engagements are typically designed around a minimum two-day experience.
