Ubuntu Intentional Leadership
for ORGANIZATIONS

Moving beyond traditional management to build teams rooted in connection and purpose.

Human Sustainability for Organisations

We bridge the gap between high-level professional performance and human well-being. We partner with International Development Organizations and Corporate Firms to build resilient authentic leaders and inclusive productive teams.

Organisations today are under increasing pressure to perform—often led by individuals operating at the edge of capacity. Over time, this affects: decision-making * team dynamics * and overall team production and effectiveness.

Consultant & Lead Facilitator

Ms. Shibero Akatsa is the founder of an Intentional Living consultancy focused on Human Sustainability and leadership effectiveness in high-pressure environments.

With over two decades of experience working across Africa and the UK—including within international development and complex organisational settings—Shibero brings a deeply informed perspective on the realities shaping leadership today: sustained pressure, cultural complexity, and the often-unspoken human cost behind performance.

The work is built on a simple but critical insight: Leaders operating under sustained internal pressure ultimately impact decision-making, relationships, and organisational performance.

Drawing on the relational philosophy of Ubuntu, this approach translates into practical leadership—strengthening self-awareness, improving communication, and building more cohesive, resilient teams.  Through this work, Shibero supports organisations to develop leadership cultures that are both human-centred and performance-sustaining over time.
