Welcome home!
Life has become louder — faster, heavier, and more tangled than our spirits were ever meant to carry.
At Ubuntu Intentional Living, we believe it’s time to pause.
To breathe.
To remember who we are—and what truly matters.
A way of life rooted in wisdom.
Ubuntu — I am because we are — reminds us that:
We are shaped, strengthened, and healed in relationship—with God, with others, and within ourselves.
This work brings together:
-
emotional wellness and psychology
-
faith and spiritual grounding
-
simple, intentional living
-
African wisdom and relational ways of being
-
nature, creativity, and slower rhythms of life
Through workshops, retreats, programmes, and a living homestead space, this is an invitation to reconnect to:
who we are, whose we are, and how we were meant to live.

About Shibero

Shibero is a Christian, a clinical psychotherapist, and the founder of UBUNTU Intentional Living consultancy focused on Human Sustainability and leadership effectiveness in high-pressure environments.
With over two decades of experience across Africa and the UK—including within emotional wellness and complex organisational settings. Her experience within school and college environments has given her first-hand insight into the social, emotional, and behavioural challenges affecting young people today—and how these are showing up in classrooms.—her work is shaped by both lived journey and professional depth.
She has seen a consistent pattern:
many individuals—and increasingly, leaders —are operating under sustained internal pressure, often at the expense of clarity, relationships, and long-term effectiveness.
Ubuntu Intentional Living was born from this intersection.
Drawing on both faith and the relational philosophy of Ubuntu, her work bridges the personal and the organisational—supporting individuals, families, and leadership teams to:
-
stabilise under pressure
-
strengthen relationships and communication
-
and build more grounded, sustainable ways of living and leading
For organisations, this translates into stronger leadership, healthier team dynamics, and more consistent performance over time.
Based on her nature-rooted homestead, she continues to live what she teaches—embracing simplicity not as loss, but as liberation.
Her hope is simple:
to guide others home—
back to self,
back to community,
and back to a steadier, more intentional way of living and leading
.
