Why I Wrote This Book

I didn’t write This Is Not Love from theory.
I wrote it after surviving a painful, near-deadly marriage, in a culture that silences women and spiritualizes abuse.

This book is for every woman who’s been called dramatic, crazy, rebellious, or ungrateful — when all she was trying to do was survive.

It’s a guide. It’s a mirror. It’s the truth that sets you free — especially when you’re stuck in the lie that “maybe it’s your fault.”
